Data provided by service users

In cases where the user includes files with personal data on shared hosting servers, Lyran88 S.L. is not responsible for the user's failure to comply with the RGPD.

Intellectual property rights of the site

Lyran88 S.L. is the owner of all copyright, intellectual and industrial property rights relating to the contents of the site. http://thenutricult.com/ and the services offered therein, as well as the programmes necessary for their implementation and related information.

No reproduction, publication or use other than for strictly private purposes, in whole or in part, is permitted without prior written consent.

Software Intellectual Property

The user must respect third party programs made available by Lyran88 S.L, even if they are free or publicly available. Lyran88 S.L. has the rights to exploit the software necessary for the provision of the service.

Intellectual property of hosted content

Data protection and backups

Lyran88 S.L. makes backup copies of the contents hosted on its servers; however, it is not responsible for the accidental loss or deletion of data by users nor does it guarantee the total replacement of data deleted by them.

Except for specific backup services, the replacement of contents kept in backup copies is not included when the loss is attributable to the user. In this case, a fee may be determined according to the complexity and volume of recovery, subject to prior acceptance.

The replacement of deleted data is only included when the loss is due to causes attributable to Lyran88 S.L.

Commercial communications

In application of the LSSI, Lyran88 S.L. will not send advertising communications by electronic means that have not been previously requested or authorised by the recipients.

In the event of a prior contractual relationship, Lyran88 S.L. may send commercial communications about products or services similar to those initially contracted. At any time, and with proof of identity, you may request to stop receiving commercial communications through the Customer Service channels.
